DO YOU HAVE CRAVINGS?- a BIG MAC from McDonald's?
- a CHOCOLATE ice cream from Dairy Queen?
- a SNICKER'S BAR from the gas station?
- a LARGE vanilla Latte from Starbucks?
It is amazing to me that if we get hungry enough, we will get something to eat. And if we can't eat before we leave home, we will go to a drive-thru at a fast-food restaurant. Or we can call a local place that will deliver food right to our front door.
If we could take this same kind of craving and apply it to our spiritual life...what would we get?
We would never go hungry (spiritually speaking)...
If we are hungry enough for God, we find a way into His presence. We should be so hungry for the presence of God that we absolutely will not go out of our house or tackle any kind of project until we have spent some time with Him.
HAS YOUR SPIRITUAL CRAVING BEEN SATISFIED TODAY?
ISAIAH 26:9 "My soul yearns for You (O Lord) in the night, yes, my spirit within me seeks You earnestly; for (only) when Your judgements are in the earth will the inhabitants of the world learn righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God)."

Please also pray for the caretakers that are taking care of these that are battling cancer. Pray for strength in their minds and in their bodies. It is a heavy load to bear!
PHYSICAL NEEDS:
NAOMI... having surgery to drain fluid from her lungs.
TOMMY...10 year old hospitalized with a staph infection.
SHERRY...diabetes.
HUNTER...seizures.
BENETTA...Recovering from back surgery.
STEVE...Needs a heart transplant.
LONETTA...heart problems.
TODD…Mindi’s brother suffers from seizures.
JILL...24 year old with Crones Disease. Jill is only 24 years old.
RYAN...a young boy with SVT, a heart condition.
MARY...Wanda's Mother needs healing in her body. Recently had some tests done.
BRADEN...13 year old with physical difficulties including pancreatitis.
EARNEST...lupus.
PHILLIP...hand caught in router at work. Recovering from several surgeries. He is doing physical therapy for damage to his thumb and index finger.
PASTOR RUSTY...his heart goes in and out of "atrial fibillation". Please pray for healing and for his heart to stay in rhythm.
RICKY...Recovering from a recent stroke. He is in therapy. Pray for blood pressure issues and for short term memory loss. Ricky is only in his 40's.
ADDISON...seizures.

WANDA...heart valve replacement.
GERALD... recovering from pneumonia
JOYCE...having tests done.

MARSHA...needs prayer for upcoming decision for both her and her husband's aging parents. They need travel mercies also as they move her husband's father.
JOUNIOUS... 5 month old baby needs prayer who has broken legs.
LYNN...having surgery on his shoulder.
VESSIE...had a stroke.
HUDSON...a baby hospitalized with menangitis.
PHIL...missionary in Ecuador is hospitalized.

MISSION FIELD....MELANIE, a fellow blogger has a sister who is preparing for the mission field. CARRIE AND CLEM along with their two precious children, Hunter (9 yrs old) and Allie (6 yrs old) are preparing to leave for Prague in May or June of 2009. Melanie said this...
"Carrie & Clem first began to hear God’s call a couple of years ago and I have watched and prayed for them as they have discerned God’s will and begun the process of entering the mission field."
Pray for and support missionaries such as Carrie and Clem who are sacrificing much for the cause of Christ.

For the family of Randy, who lost his father unexpectantly this week.
For the family of DWAIN, who has been on our prayer list. Dwain went to be with the Lord Thursday evening. Pray for his wife Lou Ella and his children during this time of sorrow.
